His global service spans combat deployments in Iraq, safeguarding diplomatic facilities across five countries with the U.S. Department of State, and directing large-scale engineering operations across the Pacific theater and U.S. borders. As Director of Strategic Operations, he oversaw cross-functional workforces of up to 8,500 personnel, managed $14M+ in capital asset portfolios, and executed a seamless $10M interstate program relocation with zero loss or operational downtime.

Parallel to his military service, Zario prioritized continuous higher education and professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management (Project Management) from DeVry University (2018) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business Management from American Public University (2026). His technical qualifications include an active Secret Security Clearance, OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification, and credentials in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum Master methodologies.

Today, based in Murrieta, California, Zario leverages his expertise in the private sector as the CEO and Founder of Beluga Consulting Group LLC (DBA Tidal Wave Services), providing strategic program management and operational consulting. Deeply committed to civic engagement, he also serves as a Director on the Spencer’s Crossing Homeowners Association Board.
